The deposit will be returned by the owner at the end of the holiday, after the final apartment inspection.

Electricity and Electricity and Air Conditioning*
The standard consumption of electricity included in rent of apartment is
4 KWh per day.
Beyond this amount the rate is
EUR 1,00 / kWh to be paid in cash at the end of the holiday.
In case of loss or damage of the remote control of air conditioner (or other remote controls that are present in the apartment such as the TV, the fans or the entrance gate) the cost to be paid is EUR 100.
