Scale is an apartment that offers comfort out of the ordinary. With one double bedroom, it is dedicated to couples who like to feel always in honeymoon. Ample space only for 2 people, maybe with a child. The large living kitchen occupies almost the entire ground floor with a large sofa bed available for 2 extra people (only for childs). The two bathrooms with shower allow a comfortable and functional use and ensure privacy. Reserved patio of 17.50 sqm. The apartment is equipped with Ceiling Fans and, for those who can not do without it, even Air Conditioning.

First floor: 1 Double bedroom (mattress size 170 x 200 cm). 1st bathroom with shower.
Ground floor: living room with kitchen with shelves on marble and all the furnishings (oven, freezer, dishwasher). Sofa bed for 2 extra people (only for childs).
2nd bathroom with shower and double sink. Laundry and storage room.
Reserved covered patio of 17,50 sqm. paved in "cotto" and with furniture for outdoor dining.
All Floors are in "cotto" made by hand, ceilings in the traditional beams of oak.
Free WIFI inside and out side. Independent Heating LPG-GPL on comsumption. Ceiling Fans and Air Conditioning.

Not included in the price of the rent to be paid on place.
_ Minimum Security Deposit: EURO 150 to be paid in cash par apartment at arrival. The deposit will be returned by the owner at the end of the holiday, after the final apartment inspection.

_ Tax of tourist sojourn of Casole d'Elsa village is excluded: 1,00 EUR per person per night. Children under 12 years will not pay.

_ Electricity and Air Conditioning*
The standard consumption of electricity included in rent of apartment is 4 / KWh per day. Beyond this amount the rate is EUR 1,00 / kWh to be paid in cash at the end of the holiday.
In case of loss or damage of the remote control of air conditioner (or other remote controls that are present in the apartment such as the TV, the fans or the entrance gate) the cost to be paid is EUR 100.

_ Indipendent seasonal Heating consumption* is not included (LPG GAS): Euro 4,00 m3 to be paid in cash.
